Special Order Form "Terms and Conditions:" Custom Sorento makes every attempt to process special order requests within 24-72 hours (business days) when a functional website link is provided. Requests which are made in absence of a referencing website link or other detailed information (picture, part number etc) may go unanswered. Please limit your special order requests to (2) items per week. Requests received in excess of (2) items per week may go unanswered. Import shipment costs may apply based upon the item(s) size/weight for inbound freight/duty. Payment for special order items (goods plus shipment) are due 100% in advance. An estimated ETA will be quoted at the time of payment, however special order items may take longer to receive due to uncontrolable circumstances (manufacturer backorder/holidays/freight delays etc). Special orders are non-cancellable/refundable for any reason after 48 hours of payment. Custom Sorento will make every attempt to deliver special order items in unblemised condition, however cannot gaurantee or exchange special order items for any reason. Custom Sorento may not be able to verify/guarantee proper fitment of any special order item. The customer is solely responsible to ensure the part requested is intended and will fit their year/make/model vehicle. We recommend customers address any questions or concerns not covered in our special order policies prior to order placement. |
